SPARE PARTS AND KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

Postage and package charges start at £3.99, based on the weight and size of your items. The maximum delivery charge is £7.20 and will only apply once regardless of how many items you order.
You can check what delivery charges apply to your order in Your Basket at any time.

Free delivery promotion applies to spare parts orders only and offer is valid from 04/04/2014 - 30/04/2014.

Our UK based warehouse holds over £3.5M worth of stock and therefore most items that you require will be available off the shelf. Therefore from the point of order our delivery time is generally 2 to 4 working days. Please note, this may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas - if items are required urgently, please contact our spare parts team on 0844 815 3745 to order. For items that are not in stock we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery so you can decide whether to go ahead with your order.


If you would like us to remove your old appliance, we can do so at a charge of £12.00 per item. You must inform us at point of order placement and ensure that the appliance is disconnected and relatively clean prior to delivery.

DELIVERY LEADTIME

Products are generally delivered from stock within 7 - 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas may be longer depending on carrier delivery routes. Please contact us if you require further information.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

When we contact you to confirm your order we will arrange a suitable delivery date with you. Our carrier will deliver between 7am and 7pm. You will receive a call from the delivery crew in the morning of the delivery with an estimated time of delivery. Our delivery team will bring the product into your home, unpack it and take the packaging away if required.

All deliveries must be checked and signed for.

If any items you have ordered are out of stock, or there is a delay in delivery which is out of our control, we will contact you to let you know what is happening and we may offer you an alternative product. If the revised timescale or alternative product, if offered, is not acceptable we will refund any payment made for the undelivered product.

For this reason we strongly recommend that you do not arrange installation of any products until they have been delivered and you have inspected them.

We also recommend that on delivery you check: 1.The correct items have been delivered according to your order. 2.There are no missing items according to your order. 3.There is no cosmetic damage to the goods or missing parts.

In the unlikely event that any cosmetic damages, missing parts or delivery errors are found, mark on the delivery note accordingly and refuse delivery if necessary. Please note: In case of any cosmetic damage, missing parts or delivery errors you must inform us as soon as possible and appliances must not be fitted or used otherwise this will count as acceptance of the goods and they are then non returnable.
